What this site is
An informational site about InnoFlex software and services. Browsing it or sending a form does not create a contract: services are hired through a quote or a signed agreement.
Prices
Published prices are for reference and may change. The final terms, including applicable taxes, are those stated in your quote or contract.
Demo and quote requests
When you request a demo we contact you to confirm a time; the request is not a confirmed appointment until our team confirms it. Requesting a demo or a quote does not oblige you to buy anything.
Intellectual property
The content, design and brand of the site belong to InnoFlex. Client logos and third-party brands (such as RepublicaFEL) belong to their respective owners.
Links and liability
The site links to third-party services (WhatsApp, RepublicaFEL, Instagram) that have their own terms. InnoFlex is not responsible for their content. We try to keep the information up to date, but it may contain errors that we will correct as soon as we know about them.
Applicable law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Dominican Republic. Any dispute will be submitted to the courts of Santo Domingo, D.N.
