Who is responsible

What data we collect

Only the data you type into our forms (contact, demo request and plan request):

• Name and, if you provide it, your business name and type of business.
• Phone or WhatsApp number and email address.
• The plan or service you are interested in, the time slots you prefer for a demo and your message.

What we use it for

• To answer your request: contact you by WhatsApp, phone or email, schedule the demo and send you a quote.
• To follow up on that same request. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising campaigns without your consent.

Who processes it on our behalf

• Formspree (United States) receives the form and forwards it to our team by email.
• Hostinger hosts this website. Its servers log technical access data (IP address, browser) for security.
• If you write to us by WhatsApp, Meta (WhatsApp) processes that conversation under its own policy.

How long we keep it

Up to 12 months after our last contact if you do not become a client. If you hire a service, for as long as the relationship lasts and for the periods required by tax and commercial law.

Cookies and browser storage

The site does not use advertising or analytics cookies. It only saves in your browser (localStorage) your choice of light/dark theme and of the currency for prices. You can delete it from your browser settings.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to its use, by writing to email innoflextechnology@innoflexapp.com or WhatsApp (849) 538-8899. We will answer within the time limits set by Law 172-13 of the Dominican Republic on the protection of personal data.

Applicable law

This policy is governed by the laws of the Dominican Republic, in particular Law 172-13.
